DIY Flower for a bee

My little son has these fake plastic colourful realistic insects. We can say, that I don’t like them. Sometimes one of them is lying around the house and as I see it, I always think, that it is real. One day he wanted to make an origami flower for his bee. The flower would be a little bit big, so he thought, that a stick would be a better stem. We’ve got a lot of sticks in the garden, the children collect them, too. He found a stick in his room… and painted it yellow and green. I had to draw a leaf (he didn’t want it) and he coloured it. At the end we put the flower into a half-dried dough.
