Would yoga be good for me?

I always did sports as a child and as an adult. Jazz ballet, a little bit of ballet, a little bit of rhythmic gymnastics, a little bit of tennis, running, riding bicycle, fitness, lately HIIT. But yoga? I thought that it is not for me. It is rather slow and I like dynamics, energy, jumping so that I feel I am out of breath. After the birth of my second child I kept doing recovery exercises for three months. I had back pain, so I had to find something else to strengthen the belly and the back slowly and I found POPSUGAR Fitness. It was perfect. They have 10, 15, 20, 30 etc minutes workouts. At the beginning (first month) I just did the 10 minutes workout daily, increasing each month. Always doing it in the evening because of the kids. It is impossible, that the kids would let me to do my exercises, even now… Most of the time I don’t feel like to do the whole thing, but regular exercises mean less pain… A couple of months later I found GymRa and Julia Bognar. She is an excellent fitness trainer. I like her workouts a lot and these take maximum 25 minutes. So it is perfect, maybe I have 25 minutes daily in the evening. For one year I did workouts five times a week: four times from Julia Bognar and one time from Jillian Michaels (the workouts from her are really high intensity…, but they are good). Of course with stretching before and after the workout. My back and belly became stronger, but lately it was not enough. These back pains were intolerable. I was by a doctor, too. He thought I had to do physiotherapy. I know all the exercises… One and a half year ago I was in a miserable condition, again, this time not the left side but the right side. The solution was a massage therapy, again. Somehow my muscles got stressed and are stiffened. On one day they get to loosen up, the next day they are stiffened, again. And the headaches, I felt somehow they are coming from my lower back. What should I do? Accidentally I found an ashtanga yoga video on Youtube from Purple Valley Ashtanga Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners-Half Primary Series). It was a one hour and fifteen minutes video. Mostly or always I have time in the evening, so I thought more than one hour yoga in the evening at 9 p.m. ? 20 minutes workout just okay…, but more than one hour yoga? I don’t know… I had no better idea, so I said let’s do it. One week I just did 30 minutes, and it was not that yoga what I tried before. It was so good and did good to my back. After one week I mostly do the whole half primary series from this video. With these yoga exercises my back feels like, I don’t know. It is so unusual, so relaxed, insane relaxed. If I do yoga every day for 5 days, everything is all right. If I miss it 2 or 3 days…, my back is in pain, again. Of course it is not so bad, as before, but I feel it begins to get stiffened, again… I should definitely do yoga every day. Sadly I don’t have the flexibility any more, and these jump through and jump back excercises? When would I do that? It does get better and day by day I can do the exercises better and better. It is interesting, because I thought it would be boring to do the same exercises every day. But it’s not boring, definitely not. Every day I find something new. And it would take years until I could do the primary series perfectly. I have to learn to relax. I have to learn to concentrate on the movement and to relax my muscles at the same time. I always notice, during the movement my muscles are so extremely tense, that I have to concentrate to relax every single of them. It is very hard to do that. Some days I just want to give up… But these back pains are driving me crazy… Yoga is a lifestyle. I am just not ready, yet. I hope I am on the right way and an also it is time for an up-to-date MRT…
