Meal Plan Week 3

Saturday: 

  • Breakfast: Bread with sausage, fried eggs, vegetables
  • Lunch: Oven baked chicken breasts with carrots, zucchini, paprika
  • Dinner: Tortilla in pan with ham, cheese, vegetables

Sunday:

  • Breakfast: Homemade crescent rolls with ham and vegetables
  • Lunch: Dödölle (Hungarian potato meal) with sour cream, bacon and salad
  • Dinner: Homemade crescent rolls with ham and vegetables

Monday:

  • Breakfast: Bread with ham, paprika, tomato
  • Lunch: Dödölle (Hungarian potato meal) with sour cream, bacon and salad
  • Dinner: Oven sandwich with vegetables

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast: Chocolate muffin
  • Lunch: Macaroni with salad
  • Dinner: Salmon with potatoes

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast: Chocolate muffin
  • Lunch: Macaroni  with salad
  • Dinner: Tuna noodles

Thursday:

  • Breakfast: Omelette
  • Lunch: Tortilla with chicken breasts and salad
  • Dinner: Sandwich with vegetables

Friday:

  • Breakfast: Sandwich with vegetables
  • Lunch: Tortilla with chicken breasts and salad
  • Dinner: Oven baked sandwich
