Reuse leftover plastic straws

We had some leftover plastic straws in the storage room.  We didn’t use them since we have the metal straws. But one day my little son found them. It was a stressful day, he was in a kindergarten…, so it was stressful… for both of us… And he found those straws.  He asked for scissors and took some bowls out of the kitchen drawer. He was cutting and cutting and cutting and sorting by colors… It was a relaxing game for him. I think, this is a great cutting and sorting exercise. We would definitely make some necklaces from these pieces.
